Fun basic tricks can be done anywhere with these! Turn your average ok skatepark into an imaginary killer snowpark with a magnet board. It’s designed for creativity in blasting airs, old school hand-plants, and whatever else you can think of that you would do on a snowboard or skateboard.v-005

kid-jump-1-smSave the flip tricks for your regular board if you will and step on one of these with an original surf/skate stance and get brave as your locked in magnetically. Can be released pretty easy by lifting a heel or twisting quickly to get off. It’s not a perfect design like an expensive electromagnetic one would be with a switch, but a perfectly well working one that I’ve re-engineered and patented after working and expiermenting on for several years now.ms-over-fence-448x336

I ride these for fun along with my normal board riding and love showing it off to kids all around the country at skateparks or parking lots. Always have extra boards and shoes on hand for people to try if you ever see me…I’ll be the one blasting big snowboard style airs out of the bowls or anywhere          I’m able to launch off some big air!

dscf1617a1So this is my current 7.5″ wide set-up with the red shoes. Notice where the shoe is stuck on the bar and that’s where the magnet is. The rest of the shoe bottom is magnetically free. This is how you are able to lift with your heel easily to get off and on. Takes a minute to figure out on the grass or carpet. Soft bendy shoes like this I don’t recommend unless you get at least a half size bigger because you will need even more padding added inside since they are thinner soles. Also you will be stuck LONGER to the board then a stiffer sole shoe the way the release works by lifting of the heel.  That can be good or bad depending on your skill level with the magnet shoes. I try not to make these soft bendy type shoes for people unless requested or it’s the only type shoe available at the time. But it is what I like!

The shoes are able to “swivel” too when stuck on the board so your not just stuck in one position. If your worried you can’t push a certain way then just don’t stand on the spots when pushing and when your feet are back on just re-position them over the magnet spot.  Watch closely in some of the videos and you can get the idea more. The first video demonstrates it pretty well. (video 1 on the video page)

What tricks will you think up while riding one? Moments later this rider doing the air to tail on a wall did it again and finished it up into a revert at the end and came in fakie (backwards).
